We provide exclusive scheduling packages to medical professionals, including appointment setting and confirmation.

This plan is one of our exclusive scheduling packages. We will assign you a number for your customers or patients to call; we set up the appointment and generate a fax to you within 24 hours of appointments set for that day; and we will call your customers or patients to confirm that they will keep or cancel their appointments.

During your office hours you will forward your main line to the number we provide. If you have a personal call for the office or physician, we will call you on your backline number and patch the call to your office; you will never miss an important call.

The cost of this plan is $75.00 per month, which will include appointment setting and confirmation, free answering service during lunch hours only, and free paging and fax services during your lunch hour.

For an additional $35.00, we can offer unlimited messaging service, free paging and faxing of messages.
